Sessions & Fees  
 

First have a complimentary no-obligation sample session so you can get a taste of life coaching & find out if I’m the coach for you.Sessions last about one hour & can be face-to-face or on the telephone.
     
 

Face-to-Face

If you choose face-to-face coaching, sessions will take place at a mutually agreed location. I am more than happy to come to your home or place of work. As the environment is important, all I ask is that we have the coaching session in an uninterrupted private place.

  
 

Telephone

If you choose telephone coaching then you will call me at a previously agreed diary time. Please ensure that you again are in a comfortable environment where you will not be disturbed.
 

My monthly rate for personal coaching starts from £150. This includes three telephone sessions a month, & also additional support by e-mail or text as appropriate.

 
Please note that call charges for telephone coaching sessions are NOT included in the price & are paid by the person receiving the coaching.
   
The ideal for the quickest and best results is a minimum of 3 coaching sessions a month to begin with.
